BSc. International Business Administration
The Bachelor International Business program aims to build a solid foundation for an international management career for its students by providing necessary hard and soft skills. Its general educational goals aim to satisfy the International Standards for Bachelor awards in Business and Management:

to provide students with a deep understanding of business and management operations in a contemporary context and to offer opportunities to develop expertise in a chosen management discipline;

to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a career in business and management;

to encourage and facilitate critical and analytical thinking of students which will provide a solid basis for their subsequent academic studies, employment, professional and personal development;

to enable students to acquire skills necessary to become autonomous and reflective individuals capable of lifelong learning;
The program consists of a wide range of modules covering general business curriculum which will provide a strong basis for further specialization in the last year of studies. The curriculum emphasizes communication skills, emotional intelligence, and critical reasoning while providing both depth and flexibility in its offerings. Students develop the skills and concepts needed to become effective leaders and ethical decision-makers.
In the final year of study, students can choose courses in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Information Technology and/or Finance which allow them to get major or minor in the proposed fields.
⦁ Bsc. International Business Administration electives in Marketing
By choosing electives in marketing, students gain proficiency in analysing and understanding buyers, developing and delivering professional sales presentations, as well as designing and implementing marketing research projects. They will get a solid understanding of the customer-business relationship. The courses vary from internet marketing, social media, and professional selling to brand awareness, international marketing, and the impact of consumer behaviour.
⦁ Bsc. International Business Administration electives in Finance
These courses prepare students to plan, manage, and analyse the financial and monetary aspects and performance of business enterprises, banking institutions, or other organizations which allow students to launch successfully their career in finance.
⦁ Bsc. International Business Administration electives in Management
These courses equip students with new concepts and issues in the area of HR systems & analysis, including the strategic and functional aspects of talent acquisition, coaching, workforce planning; design of rewards systems and management of growing organizations.

These courses equip students with new concepts and issues in the area of HR systems & analysis, including the strategic and functional aspects of talent acquisition, coaching, workforce planning; design of rewards systems and management of growing organizations.
⦁ Bsc. International Business Administration electives in Information Technology
As an information technology major, students familiarize with basic computer science, business, and communications. Along the way, they learn one speciality such as web development or digital communications.
